Be YOU 90-Day Programme
Be YOU is a 90-day personalised coaching journey that combines neuroscience-based strategies with deep self-reflection, helping expatriate women gain clarity & take purposeful action.
Each week includes a one-hour private session and around four hours of self-work, guided by practical tools, reflective exercises, and proven psychological frameworks.
The journey unfolds in three key phases:
Step 1: Reconnect to
Yourself & Your Body
Before you can move forward, you must return to yourself.
🧠 Understand your emotional landscape
🪨 Identify inner blocks & release limiting patterns
💫 Reconnect with your intuition and restore emotional balance
You will begin to notice what truly resonates, as you shift out of autopilot & into conscious awareness.
Once grounded, you can begin asking: What do I truly want?
🚪 Break free from limiting beliefs
🎯 Define your vision & reconnect with what matters most
🔥 Ignite your inner spark and begin dreaming again
At this stage, you will map the life you desire—
with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of self.
Step 2: Clarify Your
Purpose & Direction
Awareness without action leads nowhere.
✅ Make confident, values-aligned decisions
🛠 Establish sustainable habits & rituals that support your growth
🌱 Begin creating real, lasting change in your everyday life
This is the stage where insight transforms into movement.
You take the reins—supported, empowered, and clear.
Step 3: Take Empowered
& Aligned Action
We draw from proven tools like Ikigaï, Kaizen, MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction),
core neuroscience models to guide you through this journey.
The results?
1. Have a clear vision of what you want next in your life abroad & why it matters to you.
2. Stop the overthinking & make one confident, aligned decision that creates real change.
3. Feel grounded, focused, & reconnected with who you are & what you need to thrive.
“When you know your direction, the path becomes clear.”
Once you reconnect with your inner compass, making decisions feels easier,
and you can move forward with confidence and purpose.

Every journey is unique, and some people may gain insights quickly. However, this programme is carefully structured with neuroscience-backed frameworks, self-work exercises, and personal development tools that require time to be fully integrated.
The 90 days structure is intentional, allowing space for reflection, action, and sustainable transformation. It is not just about speed—it is about lasting change.
-
Personal transformation is not a race—it unfolds at its own pace. While the programme is designed to be completed in three months, I understand that some people may need extra time to fully integrate the insights, shifts, and action steps.
If you feel you need more time, we can explore flexible options, such as:
✅ Spacing out sessions instead of meeting weekly, allowing for deeper reflection and integration
✅ Extending the programme to move at a pace that feels right for you
✅ Follow-up sessions after the three months to reinforce your progress
✅ Additional exercises & tools to support your journey beyond the programmeThe key is to find a balance between reflection and action—giving yourself enough time to process while maintaining momentum. If you are unsure, let’s discuss what works best for you. This is your journey, and it should feel aligned with your needs.

While I am no longer an expat myself, I have lived through the full expatriation cycle, from adapting to life in new countries to navigating the complexities of returning home. I know firsthand that external circumstances—like visa expirations, unexpected job changes, or personal life shifts (breakups, family responsibilities, etc.)—can create time-sensitive pressure and difficult decisions.
If you have a strict deadline, we can adapt by scheduling two sessions per week when necessary. However, the programme is not designed to be rushed. The time between sessions is crucial for applying insights, implementing changes, and allowing transformation to unfold naturally.
💡 As Jon Kabat-Zinn wisely puts it, “You cannot stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.” Just like you would not wait until mid-air to pack a parachute, the best time to prepare for change is before you urgently need it. That way, when life shifts, you have the clarity, energy, and tools to navigate it with ease.Tip: If you foresee a major decision ahead, it is always better to start the programme early rather than too late to give yourself the time needed for real change.

I understand—sometimes life as an expatriate does not offer the luxury of time. Whether it is a visa nearing expiration, an unexpected job loss, a break-up, or a family emergency back home, these circumstances can feel incredibly overwhelming.
The good news is: this programme is designed to adapt to real life.
If you are facing a pressing deadline, we can explore flexible options together. This may include:
✅ Scheduling two sessions per week to accelerate your progress
✅ Prioritising the modules most relevant to your current situation
✅ Adjusting the pace to ensure you receive the clarity and tools you need—precisely when you need themThat said, Be YOU is not a quick fix. It is a space for making aligned, sustainable decisions, even under pressure. Sometimes, the most empowering choice you can make is to pause, reflect, and act intentionally—rather than letting urgency take the lead.
💬 If you are navigating a time-sensitive situation, I invite you to book a free call. Together, we can discuss how the programme can best support you—whatever your timeline.
